Ayesha Iftikhar is a cybersecurity researcher, practitioner, and activist currently serving at a public sector university in Pakistan. She is also a co-founder of an ed-tech startup for girls/women. 

Her professional experiences and research interests in Internet Governance primarily focus on Internet’s scalability, access, and security both in technical and policy domains. Due to her active engagements, she has been repeatedly selected as a fellow by many renowned forums, such as pkSIG 19, SANOG 35, TechWomen 2020-2021, ICANN 73, APNIC 54, and ICANN 77. 

She is working to promote a more inclusive Internet for women and children and harmonize global cybersecurity policy governance.
