Dino has been helping clients meet their business goals through innovative marketing programs for over 20 years.


As the principal of Blue Flame Resources, he has built expertise in the total market and multicultural public relations, including extensive work with the Latino, African American, and LGBT communities.


His experience spans media relations, special events, and producing television content and commercials, for which he leverages his Emmy-award-winning team.


Keeping up with the ever-changing landscape of Atlanta, he expanded his work into community wellness by opening up Spotted Blue Agency (SBA) in 2014. SBA focuses on community enrichment through the arts, sports, and education. He led the campaigns in creating the successful PRIDE kickball league, the LGBT ATL Ballet night, the Health Fairs for the LGBT and underserved communities, and the wildly successful international Food & Wine event.


Dino recently opened WWDD in Miami, bringing his decades of experience to his hometown. He is currently focused on digital equity and is an advisor to buildJUSTLY.org.


Outside of the office, Dino has lent his talents to several organizations and causes for which he is passionate. He finds particular fulfillment in bringing together people and communities to expand awareness and address critical societal issues.


Dino founded F.O.O.D (Feeding Others Opens Doors), an actual grassroots organization that delivers food and supplies to individuals and families struggling with homelessness and HIV and AIDS. He served as Senior Advisor for the GLAAD Leadership Council in Atlanta and southeast for 11 years. He also served on the board of Bert’s Big Adventure in Georgia. In addition, he dedicated four years of service on the board of Positive Impact, which provides mental health counseling to underserved populations. 


Dino’s journey in media and public speaking experience includes serving as co-host of “Sazon Latino.” Serving many years as Senior Writer at FENUXE Magazine, he penned exclusive A-list celebrity interviews and a popular food column.


He has also been instrumental in expanding community awareness on various topics, including health, education, and equality. He’s taught and presented to groups ranging from the Technical College System of Georgia to ClearPoint Credit Counseling Solutions.


He also has been a regular guest on various news and talk shows such as Univision, CNN, Fox, and CBS, sharing his expertise on equality, health issues, community resources, and food.
