Kathleen Scoggin is the Program Coordinator for the Inclusive Tech Policy Signature Research Initiative (ITP) and the Tech, Law & Security Program (TLS) at the American University Washington College of Law.

She is responsible for the administration, event planning, social media & communications outreach, and research project coordination for both programs. 

Kathleen is a graduate of American University’s School of International Service with a degree in International Studies and a French language minor. During undergrad, Kathleen researched digital inclusivity, human rights and immigration law, and congressional policy making.
