Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Engineering (Cyber Security), India, and VicePresident of membership at ISOC India Kolkata Chapter. His physical participation was in the APSIG, IETF, inSIG, NASIG, and IGF Ambassador as a fellow. He is also an ICANN fellow and member of ALAC to a different Subcommittee WG at ICANN. 

He is experienced in attending, and organizing Seminars and workshops on Internet Governance and Technology related events, and is an invited speaker for capacity Building on Digital Inclusion, Accessibility &Empowerment, Internet Governance, and ICT for Education, etc.

His motivation to become a facilitator on IG and Technology based events locally, regionally, and globally, particularly in Asia-Pacific.
